Case Study

Learn more about the tools, strategies, and techniques we use to grow our clients’ businesses.

RaveScoutr is an online store that sells women’s rave outfits. RaveScoutr came to us looking for new ways to decrease their cost per conversion and increase the lifetime value of their customers within Google Ads. They wanted an Ecommerce PPC agency to set up their shop for long-term success.

We implemented our four-step approach to slash CPA by 44% PoP and increase revenue by 66% YoY.

The Breakdown

How we helped RaveScoutr achieve their business goals.

Business Sync

During chemistry sessions, we worked very closely with the RaveScoutr marketing team to understand their core business KPIs including CPA and Customer Lifetime Value. We evaluated what had been working and what had not before we onboarded.

Account Audit

After auditing RaveScoutr’s Google Ads account, we discovered new ways to restructure their campaigns that made more sense for their budget.

We ended up consolidating their 20 non-branded campaigns in to 4 thematic categories. We also rewrote their negative keyword lists from the ground to filter irrelevant traffic.

Strategic Planning

Once we restructured their campaigns, we focused on new ways to work towards achieving RaveScoutr’s business goals through strategic planning.

We upgraded their conversion tracking capabilities, wrote a 6-month plan for creative testing, and switched their attribution model to a more dynamic, accurate model over last click.

Execution & Refinement

Once we began optimizing towards our new goals and overhauled their conversion process, we began A/B testing and introducing new experiments that ended up decreasing their CPA by 44% PoP.

From there, we ran a 6-month campaign to refine creative within Google Ads & Meta. RaveScoutr was so empowered by the success of our project they signed us on to a retainer.
